Powerwash And Deck Care Of Livingston County MI

Mark (the owner) and Bill his associate performed all of the work on our deck. I liked the fact that the owner was actively involved in the whole project. Our job was performed in a timely manner and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. We had put another product on our deck a couple of years ago and it had worn inconsistently on the deck so some areas were bare and others still thick with coverage. Mark came out and looked it over and walked me through all the steps that needed to be performed in order to get my deck back to looking new again. He was very professional and knowledgable and took time to explain details to me on the process and the products they would be using. He took time to address all of my questions and concerns. I have considerable landscaping around my deck and was concerned about the affects of the product on them as well as hoses damaging them and stomping on some too. Both he and Bill were extremely careful when working around these areas and took great care in making sure that all of my plantings were taken care of. I can't thank them enough for that. Powerwashing & applying a brightening application to the floor, rails and rail top took a day. A day for drying. Lightly sanding of all took a day. Staining took 2 days since they had to move our heavy furniture onto another level for drying purposes. They touched up the redwood stain around my hot tub. All aluminum spindles were cleaned after completion of the staining. I really enjoyed working with both men and our deck looks so beautiful I just can't stop looking at it!! I know we will enjoy many evenings out there. I highly recommend these guys and will definitelly be using them for any of my future projects. Thanks again guys...
