Paton Garage Doors

Mr. Paton responded to my text promptly. We discussed what I needed. Ross came to my house within two days, installed my new opener, entered my code, which this "vintage" person really appreciated and carted my old opened away. He was very polite and respectful the entire time. I would recommend his services to all.

I very strongly recommend that you have Ross Patton come out and give you an estimate if you are going to either need a new garage door or repairs on your present garage door. I had two estimates from large companies. The people who came were salesmen and gave me both incomplete and even some wrong information.......and high prices for their products. Ross came and he was pleasant, knowledgeable and honest. He patiently went through all of my options and told me what he thought was best for my garage. I trusted his recommendation because of his demeanor. He just finished installing the garage door today. He and his partner did a great job. They did a great cleanup. He exemplifies why I go to Angies List to find people to do work for me. I would not have found him otherwise.

Ross arrived at the agreed time to give me an estimate for my insurance company. He explained why I had always had trouble with my old door, he said I needed a double track due to low clearance. When the insurance check came he came back and installed the door at the agreed time and it works beautifully. The old door was twenty five years old and had never worked properly.

This is the second time I have used this contractor and both times the job went very well.
I was referred to this company by a neighbor.
The owner was patient about quoting the job with different options and helpful with suggestions.
All work was done well and on time. I highly recommend this company.

They were very good. It was easy to schedule with them, and they did a good job. The price was also good.

We called late on a Friday afternoon and left a message on their voice mail. Within an hour they called back. Apparently, there was a repair person in the area and he adjusted his schedule to come over. He called 10 minutes before driving over (which was less than 2 hours from our voice mail) He arrived about 6 pm and was finished within 45 minutes. He was clean-cut in appearance and was professional and knowledgeable. He advised us to get a higher capacity spring than our builder had initially used so that it would last longer. We were very pleased with their willingness to come out late on a Friday with short notice, and with the level of service we received. We would definitely recommend this company to others.
