I cannot begin to tell you how happy we are with our pool!  The experience from the very beginning was wonderful.  We had quotes from seven different pool companies.  Some were gunite, some were liner.  Bryan stood out from the rest.   We visited a couple of pools he had installed, and were very impressed with the workmanship, and the homeowners gave glowing reviews.  Now we know why!
He started on Monday, June 3rd, and the pool was filled with water on Sunday, June 23rd.  He and his crew are VERY hard working.  There are not enough words to describe Bryan.  He is detailed oriented, a perfectionist, highly experienced, knowledgeable, and nice.  Not once did he make us feel like we couldn't ask a question, no matter how elementary it may have seemed to him.  He finished ahead of the time frame he gave us, which was a pleasant surprise.  He and his crew always cleaned up the job site at the end of each day, which we really appreciated.  Today, he spent almost four hours with us, instructing us on how to care for our new pool.  
The entire process was really fascinating to watch; like having the Discovery Channel in our backyard.   Our new pool is absolutely gorgeous, and I have Bryan to thank for that!!!  I would recommend him a thousand times over :) 

Brian's salesman was absolutely awesome with suggestions, ideas, and explaining the entire process and equipment used. He followed up after the installation with an exceptional tutorial on how to maintain and care for the pool. Brian staked the pool out perfectly in the yard so that the final result ended up being within an inch of my request. (There was a tight area). The pool is now three years old as of 2008 and we couldn't be happier. A few issue we had with the heater were quickly addressed at no cost and Brian's maintenance team has been great anytime they are scheduled for something.
