Safe and Sound Inspections

Ryan was great! Upon initial phone contact he was friendly and was able to set up our appointment right away. His price was reasonable compared to some of the other inspectors we contacted. The day of the appointment Ryan was punctual and got right to work. He was extremely knowledgeable and we felt very comfortable going through the inspection with him. We had some issues related to waterfront erosion that needed to be evaluated and Ryan explained the need for a review by a structural engineer. After the inspection Ryan posted a detailed report within hours and even returned to the house after the inspection to meet with the engineer regarding the erosion issues. I'm so glad that we choose Ryan to do our inspection. He went above and beyond for us.

Called on a Saturday evening and had our inspection done on a Tuesday and report done that evening. Amazing work and extremely thorough! Thank you so much!

Ryan went above and beyond anything we could have ever asked from him. he inspected a 2800 sgft house for us and didn't cut one single corner. unfortunately i wasn't able to make it but my wife, daughter and father in-law went. even with my 3 year old daughter bugging him the whole time he didn't skip a beat. from climbing in the attic, to going on the roof, and checking crawl space. not to mention trying to wind the well that was down the road. always persistent. like i said i wasn't able to make it but kept getting updates from my wife. 3 hrs and 20 min later he was done. i was astonished he was there that long but after i received the report he took pictures and descriptions of everything he found. 56 pages and yes a couple things were slightly concerning that i would have never noticed or though about testing. he found electric plugs that were reverse polarity and even noted the face of the microwave was slightly loose. even band and serial number on ac and furnaces with there rating for home size. i wouldn't have a second though to ever give Ryan another call and not feel the need to stand there. everything he does is perfect and down to a T. highly recommend him.
