purchased a home with a pool & was given the pool size etc. I took several pictures of my pool & equipment & brought the pool documents even who sold the pool to Macksood's, I was assisted by Nick (the salesman)whom I expressed too that I have a pool & don't know the size but I need to replace the liner. Nick reviewed my folder & pictures the stated he knew which pool liner I needed & that it was 18ft & $299.99. Once pool seasons opens I proceed to instal l the liner & see that it is in fact too big. I proceed to return it & a different sales man, tells me I can't return it because its out of the box. I have the liner with no defects, the box & the receipt, which only states all returns must be accompanied by this receipt. Nowhere in the store or my receipt does it say I cant return the item if the box is open. Well how would I know it was too big if I didnt open it. He then says Nick shouldn't have determined my size based on the pictures but instead asked me to measure my pool then return. With that alone I feel taken advantage of as a female. No resolution was tried to be made such as an exchange or refund. No poilcy was told to me when I purchased the liner If it wasnt correct than I cant return it. $318 dollars for nothing. He told to return next week when Nick is back. My kids cant swim & Im out of the money. Terrible customer service!!!!If I was told prior to purchasing that I should measure it I wouldve brought some measuring tape & done that but he was so confident that this was the correct one. & he was wrong. Completely unsatisfied
