Real Estate Auctions
My mother passed away, so I was going to sell her house. A friend of my mother recommended them. I should have followed up and got somebody else to verify. They came and charged me to haul away all of my mother's stuff. There was a houseful of all kinds of things. I could have probably made more money from selling one of the items that they took. I ended up with a house full of furniture, all kinds of knick knacks, patterns, books and magazines. I got less than a $100. They charged me $50 to pretty much steal my mother's stuff. The most they gave me for any item and then they took their 3% was $25 for a lighted curio cabinet, which my mother bought new for $2000. They had a marble top carved coffee table that at auction price was $250-$300. If we bought it new, it would be a couple of $1000. They took the stuff and never returned my calls. They were supposed to sit with me and decide what the limit was, but they never did. I never went to the auction; they were supposed to let me know when it was going on. I finally showed up and told them that I was going to consider my things stolen and call the police. I should have followed through and prosecuted them, but I didn’t. It was terrible.

Real Estate Auctions, Hauling
I feel these people stole my mothers things. They took well over 100 items and only listed 30 items.
The two items that I saw in their store, a lighted china cabinet, had a price tag of $175. They paid me $25 for it and then took 30% commission. The other a cherry wood entertainment center had a tag in the store of $75.. They paid me $15 minus 30%.
It goes on and on I will post pictures with Items and amount they gave me. I paid them $50 to take my stuff. I would have been better off donating the things and taking a write off.
