Robert was very prompt. I had called another company & they were not available to come until the following week. I contacted Robert. He dropped my address in to his GPS while we were talking &told me he would arrive in 29minutes! In exactly that time he was ringing my doorbell! I really needed help. I was afraid to even step too my deck. It was like a war zone of bees & wasps! While spraying he found a couple of nest underneath the patio furniture. One was located underneath the arm of a chair where I would normally sit! Fortunately, my fear of wasps had been keeping from going out there.Robert was very friendly & professional. I plan to use his service for monthly exterminating throughout the summer. My home backs up to a wooded area. Spraying only lasts about 30 days. I was told by another company that their initial spray did not cover yellow jackets. To get that u had to sign up for a seasonal contract Apr-Oct. I which I found to be asinine! Robert covers everything except carpenter ants. $125 first application. $50 monthly thereafter. Since this is my initial application, we"loser how it goes,but for now I'm a "happy camper"! Stay tuned.

It went great, I called Robert several times before the appointment to ask him questions on preparation and he was very knowledgeable and helpful.  The day of the job, he came on time, was professional, did a thorough job, and was fast and courteous.  His pricing was very fair, especially compared to the big name companies.
