ARBOR HOME IMPROVEMENT

Even though our issue was not urgent (clogged downspout), I called one afternoon and the work was completed within 24 hours.  My message was promptly conveyed regarding my request and I received a call back within minutes. The work was set up the next day and was done very efficiently. We asked that one downspout in the back be checked, and the second was checked without asking. When we did ask if he would be willing to check the front, he graciously agreed. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant and cooperative. We would not hesitate to call again if future need arose.

Working with Steve Jakubos at Arbor Home Improvement was a great experience. The roof on my garage was in very poor condition requiring a complete tearoff. Steve's bid was very fair for the large amount of work needed. He completed the job in a timely manner and his work was very high quality. He impressed me as one of those rare contractors that won't stop at good enough. He wants the job to be done right and definitely delivered that for me.

The work and the fixture was $75 for about an hour; very reasonable. He was extremely polite, clean and courteous. He even let my daughter turn the light when he was finished so she would think she had "the magic touch". An over all great experience. Very prepared and knowledgeable. I was so impressed I asked him to return to do some trim work in my kitchen. I'll write again when that is done.

He did a wonderful job. I got his number by word of mouth and he got I done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend him if you need renovations done to your home or if you are just adding on. He was pretty much on time and did not slack in any areas.
