I've been with them since they became Verizon. It's too much and I have three phones on it. The only reason why I stay with them, I travel a lot and I can get service in a lot more places than with other companies. Where I travel to, I have better reception with them. I don't go in very often, other than to upgrade my phone. If something happens to my phone they will replace it.
