Provider seemed to be searching for additional work to perform. He persuaded my step-daughter to OK a transmission fluid change and wanted to replace the rear brakes with custom fabricated parts until she called me and I told her to get out of there fast!
The provider did not inspire confidence that he was trustworthy.

They are pretty easy to use. They take our fleet card which is really for our company car. So that way I don't have to pay it upfront and my company reimburses me. It was easy because the technology was there. It just takes the fleet card and I actually got bonus points from going to them which were nice. They were just generally really nice. There's no wait time. I usually get in and get out pretty quickly. The communication is done professionally. They go from step to step. They are very well versed in their operation. I don't have any complains about them. They did a great job. They got their process and they are very well versed. They go to every point of inspection very quickly and thoroughly. They talk to each other.
