I pay them an annual fee in January. They leave me a note when they come here. The grass stays green. It takes about 30 minutes to an hour to complete the service. I did it all online the first time I did it years ago. I don't meet the workers. Once in awhile I might see them. They are all very friendly.

They did everything that I hired them for. The service rep who did the work was excellent. I have suspended the work while I revive the lawn from a bug attack.

This company is too difficult to work with. They are playing games with me. I have used them for a few years now, and they come out seasonally to do yard work. They were supposed to come out for my fall service, and failed to show for the appointment numerous times. Then I received a bill for the service they never did! I called them, and they said that they must have serviced the wrong yard, and that they had cancelled my account. The manager told me that he would give me an additional service agreement for the trouble. The additonal service agreement included 2 additional treatments, which I would have to pay for!

Technician is dependable and reliable. Trees and shrubs are in good shape.

Our bushes seem to be very healthy.

They came right away after calling them and sprayed the whole lawn, within a few days our dandelions were wilting and within a couple weeks they were gone. The only problem is that over the phone they gave us an estimate by using the internet to determine the size of our lawn and then when they came out they left a note stating that their estimate didn't include the very back of our yard. Not sure why they couldn't see that it was there but they said next time they won't spray that piece of the property. It's not very much property at all so that surprised me. Other than that we did get a very nice detailed report of everything they did and the overall results have been great with just one application. I would recommend them to anyone needing weed control for their lawn.

Came out once and sprayed lawn.  Still had tons of weeds and dandelions, so after a week called to have them come back out.  Called three times and got three different appointment times to come back out, with an electronic voice mail reminder for each, and they never showed.  Cancelled service and will never use them again.

Terrible service! I will never recommend or use this company again. First service, they were supposed to call to arrange a time where we could meet and discuss my focus points for treatment. they came un-announced and performed a treatment and left a bill on my door. When I called to complain that they were supposed to meet with me, they did apologize and offered to set-up another appointment just to discuss my concerns and questions. They never showed. If they grading system allowed lower than and quot;Fand quot;, I would have.

Beware! The company uses a negative option system and automatic renewal. I informed TruGreen that I no longer wanted automatic renewal of their services. They came out anyway and applied a grub treatment to my lawn which I did not authorize. I have called numerous times and requested to speak with a manager. The reps keep telling me the manager will call in a few days, but I never receive the callback. TruGreen claims they do not have my request for cancellation of automatic renewal in their system. Today, I asked them to please send me documentation that I have cancelled automatic renewal for future services, however, they told me that their system isn't set up to provide me with proof of my cancellation. I am stuck having to pay for services TruGreen performed even after I cancelled automatic renewal and the company doesn't provide the customer with proof of cancellation of services.

Overall service was okay. I say that only as I rarely actually ever saw them apply the applications. The only way I knew they had been there was that I sometimes found a and quot;receiptand quot; in the door handle or a sign in the yard.

Almost as soon as you sign up for their services they are trying to sell you additional services you don't need. What's worse is they are so interested in making money that they will treat the lawn even when conditions do not warrant it. For instance this past summer we had quite a drought in Michigan. Our lawn was completely dead and brown due to the excessive heat. But Tru Green came out anyway, even though the conditions did not warrant it. Our final straw was when they came out in October. Our lawn was completely covered with leaves-- no grass to be seen. Tru-green came out and fertilized the dead leaves! They literally sprayed over the leaves, with no chemicals reaching the lawn-- and then dropped off a bill for $47. When I called to complain I got nothing from their customer service rep-- not even an apology. We've cancelled our service and will not be going back. Not recommended.

Fertilizing is done right. Grub insecticide too weak (now I have a mole problem). I was more effective when I was doing it myself (nevr had moles for many years till now). My wife complained they were rude once with her on the phone. They were always very polite with me.

I have had them take care of everything outside. They have been great and do exactly as they said they would. The results are good and even the mosquito control has worked. No one has complained about mosquitos after they sprayed. They are a little expensive, but I have been using them for the last 5 to 6 years.

I didn't notice any difference in my lawn, so I stopped using them.

The staff was very unfriendly and the treatment did not work at all. They were very overpriced for us. They did try and work with us and lowered the price but since the treatment did not work, it was still too much.

I was satisfied with their work for the most part. Once the service was finished, however, they came out extra times and continued to charge me after my contract was over.

This is the first year that I have worked with Scott’s Lawn Care and so far I have been really pleased with the work they have done. They also always show up on time.
