Okay job but when I contacted Jim to ask him if he could look at the fascia on the front of the house which has obvious shiny spots here is the reply I received....not very professional. He wouldn't even come out to see what I was referring to. In response to your email & messages, as far as I'm concerned you are completed. So stop emailing & stop calling. I changed it out twice, & it's still not good enough. My suggestion is to get a hold of Quality aluminum products & tell them the problem. I don't make the product I just install the product. When he says he changed it out twice, the first time was removing the old fascia to replace with the new fascia and the second time was replacing a piece that they scratched when installing.

"We changed out the fascia the first time because Mrs. [Member Name Removed] said she seen scratches. We installed a new piece of fascia & she said that looks good. Job was completed on 10/8/15, at that time she said she was happy with the job & paid me. Now 5 months later she says the scratches are back. She wanted me to replace it again but I told her that it must be a factory defect & she should contact them. Mrs. [Member Name Removed] contacted me again 3/17/16 & complained about a piece of cedar blowing off, again manufactures caulk. I'm suppose to caulk & nail the finish piece but she did not want to see the head of the nail. So we only caulked it. I told her I would come to her house & fix the piece that blew off but I will nail it this time(per manufactures direction). As of today she has not responded. She failed to mention all the extra work I had done for her at no additional cost. I go above & beyond for my customers with my quality workmanship. I have many customers that have called me back for additional work over 35 years, and have always been happy with my quality of workmanship. I want all my customers to be completely happy with the finished project. I take pride in my quality workmanship. Thank you & God Bless, Jim Thomas"

VERY PLEASED WITH EVERYTHING. HE WAS HERE WHEN HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO BE. FINISHED AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. WORKED HARD AND VERY PLEASANT. OUR HOUSE LOOKS AMAZING AND WARMER.
