I have used them over the years plus I have used other people and I always go back to them because I like their equipment and everything and how they did things. The biggest thing is their equipment. They have all their water and stuff on their truck and they just bring a hose and cleaning heads into the house and with the amount of power they have in that truck, they can really suck things up and it's dry almost immediately. Their equipment is very good.

I'd give them "A's" all the way. They even did, we were going to sell our motor home, they came in and cleaned that real good too. I also had some spots cleaned. I would use them again.

They did a deep clean with scotch guard etc. It went well and they even moved my furniture and did my area rug for me.

The holding tank kept exploding all over the front yard and they had to come back another time. Also some of the vents had been stripped and weren’t going back on the wall correctly. Also my dryer vent came lose and I had a mess in the attic. My suspended ceiling, I could see each square that they went up as they were not put back right.

I had them come back to redo some spots that weren't very clean. They also came back to redo the furniture. Also, they were extremely expensive.

They were professional and were finished in a timely manner. Technicians were friendly and trustworthy. My ducts in this 60- year old house have probably never cleaned so the cost was probably appropriate, but I would not pay that for any subsequent cleanings. I don't know if all companies show their completed job to customers (with a camera) but this company did'nt offer. I should have asked but I didn't think of it until a month later.

Arrived on time ( actually a little early!). Polite and professional, Explained procedures, answered questions. Seem well trained. Moved furniture, put it back in place with care... and played with dog! :o)
Provided quote for wood floor sealing.... with explanations.
Trained to upsell.... offered all sort of add ons - duct cleaning, deodorizer, things I didn't need.
Will use again.

Did a professional job in a reasonable amount of time. They were efficient and their equipment was excellent.

Arrived on time, professional demeanor, completed the job and showed me the before and after photos. I am confident that the ducts are clean.

They were in and out quickly. I was able to get the appointment when I called within days. The guys that were here were real friendly. They were careful to put their little boots over their shoes, so they didn't track in and out. They did a good job. They cleaned a small piece of carpet they didn't charge us for. I don't know if he made a mistake, but he said "oh, I didn't put it on the bill; but that's ok." They suggested an outdoor matt outside the front door on the front porch so that people wouldn't track in so much. I wouldn't have thought about it. The price was ok with me.

We were happy with them and have used them 2 or 3 times. We didn't have any problem with them.

They left the carpet too wet, but they did a good job. The carpet looked great. I would use their services again in the future.

I was very satisfied with the experience. The service providers did a good job of explaining the procedures, and were very thorough with their work. I was in the heating/cooing business for many years, which allowed me to appreciate their professionalism. I would certainly recommend them to others.

I was not pleased at all. They left the carpets way too wet, in fact two days later when I went to remove the protective plastic from under the couch legs, I found a huge rust stain from the metal under my fold out couch on the rug. I also feel I was way overcharged, they even charged extra for stain removal.
