Based on my experience as a buyer in a transaction in which Mr. Eashoo represented the seller, in my opinion Mr. Eashoo did not do well by the sellers. When we arrived at the pre-closing home inspection (which took place at 10 a.m. on a Wednesday), we discovered that Mr. Eashoo had for some reason not left the key to the house in the lockbox (the lockbox was empty). As a separate mistake, he had also not given us the key to the garage in order to inspect the inside. Mistakes can happen to anyone, but in this case Mr. Eashoo was also unfortunately not answering his phone that Wednesday morning. My realtor was continuously calling Mr. Eashoo for a half hour, with no response. During this time the three of us (my realtor, inspector, and myself) could do nothing but stand outside the house and wait for my realtor to get through. Judging from the remarks and glances passing between my realtor and the inspector, Mr. Eashoo was apparently notoriously difficult to get ahold of.
Finally at 10:30, my realtor got through to Mr. Eashoo, who arrived on the scene 15 minutes later, key in hand.... looking, in my eyes, as if he had just rolled out of bed. His hair was messy, and he was wearing a white V-neck undershirt and jeans. He barely nodded a greeting to my realtor and inspector, and didn't greet me at all... just tried the key in the door, waved goodbye, and was on his way again. He had already left by the time we realized that we still had no way of getting into the garage. He was once again not answering his phone, so that day, the inspector could only inspect the house itself. My realtor had to leave at 11:00 to go to another appointment, and the inspector had to come back another day to complete the inspection of the garage. So it was quite inconvenient and annoying that this was all because of Mr. Eashoo.
As a buyer I was happy with every aspect of the home-buying process...except for my impression of Mr. Eashoo as a realtor, which was sloppy, disorganized, and unprofessional. I hope he has represented his other clients better than he did the sellers of this house, but based on my limited experience with him, I would never be inclined to hire him myself.

Very poor customer service. Ryan not only made the commission off of our house we bought, but also had the opportunity to sell our old house. After the way we were treated with purchase we chose to use another agent to list our old house and have been extremely happy.

He listed it and promised to do a whole bunch of things. 15 days went by with him doing everything he promised. And now my house is SOLD!

My transaction with Ryan Eashoo was excellent and I would highly recommend him as a Real Estate Agent. I had my home listed with another Real Estate Agent for 6 months with no success or activity. Ryan Eashoo sent me mailings regarding his services and I decided to list my home with him. Not only did he aggressively market my home, but he sold it in just 2 months on the market. I will always use Ryan Eashoo to sell my properties. He was with me all the way from listing the home to eventually closing. Excellent job!

It went very well, I was amazed at how knowledgeable he was in the real estate market and how fast things happened.
