The flower bed was not completely cleared and there were a lot of rocks left. When we first met he gave me a price for the flower bed in the front and to clear the rocks and trees in the back. I asked how much for each separately because I didn't know if I wanted to get them both done at the same time. The price changed when he was done with the job to something higher than we had agreed. He said that's what we talked about. I didn't have the original quote in writing, but that is all I paid him.

He won't do anything without our permission. He comes ever so often to check on our lawn. He'll tell you up front what it is going to cost, you will never wonder.
