Did a great job in a great timely fashion and was extremely reasonable in price. Will definitely use them again!!!

The owner would not put any cleaner down. We had to constantly remind him that the carpet was not cleaned. there were many missed spots from his cleaning. Furthermore, he refused to wear a mask while in my home, despite us offering him one of ours if he did not have one. I would not recommend this carpet cleaning company to anyone. You will not be satisfied with the work.

Arrived early, very curteous and careful. Worked at a quick pace. Cleaned much better than I expected. Loved their work !

They were excellent.

Quick, friendly, responsive. Carpets very clean. But they scraped every corner of the walls with big rubber hose. House was freshly painted, every corner in the house had to be repainted. They were clearly warned, but trying to be fast, they ignored me.

They were excellent, very professional and friendly, on time and flexible with my schedule, very polite, reasonable prices, and they cleaned up the debris as they were cleaning not waiting until the entire job was completed ! The job they performed on my basement carpet was excellent! The guy placed my furniture on styrofoam to avoid damage from the cleaning solutions they were using and set up fans to expedite the drying time of the cleaned carpets. I thought they did a great job and I would use them again!

Pichey's did a great job...our carpeting looks like new! This is the best professional carpet/furniture cleaning job we've ever had done. Would recommend them to anyone.

John Pichey arrived on time and ready to begin immediately. He was efficient, clean, professional, and complete. We had severe stains in the carpet as a result of a very ill cat. The stains had been set for quite some time, but came out with John's work. The carpet looks like new- excellent work! I thought the price was very reasonable for such quick, efficient, and effective work.

They cleaned the dining room, living room, the hallway, my bedroom and the bathroom done. My mom has used them for years. My mother can't move the furniture and they have no problem doing it for her and putting it all back. I have no question, A's all the way through. My mom won't use anyone else.

His footprints were left on our wood floors by the spray he used to clean the carpet. When pointed out to him he said and quot;they have Swifter mopsand quot;. Unexceptable.

A few weeks later I pulled up the sofa cushions and there was hair, dirt, dust, looked like he never put a hand to the sofa.

His professionalism was terrible.

It went very well and will have my carpet cleaning from now on.
