"Sir, On your previous review that Angies List removed I replied to your issues! Again I say THE INSURANCE SETS ALL PRICES AND WHAT IS TO BE COMPLETED ON EACH JOB PER THE SCOPE OF LOSS. Your insurance company only allowed for us to remove and reinstall your existing OLD bubble style sky lite First. Your OLD bubble style sky lite leaked but, Over a month ago myself and our CEO CAME TO YOUR RESIDENCE and caulked around the unit in question. YOU have not called me saying your sky lite has leaked. Second. The vent at the ridge of your double wide was installed at the factory. We are not responsible for its location. (as seen in the picture you are posting). Please be very careful when you call a company shady, I have addressed All your issues (that being 2 issues) not numerous as you stated above?. REMEMBER WHEN WE FIRST SPOKE!!!! WE AGREED THAT WE MAY AGREE TO DISAGREE ON THESE TWO ISSUES. AS FAR AS NOT BEING DONE TO CODE? SIR WE PASSED OUR FINAL INSPECTION !!!!!!! I am Director of Customer Relations for OTC.
