I have to preface this by telling you that I have had negative experiences with computer repair businesses, so when I needed a fix for my laptop, I went to Angies List and liked what I read about Nutech Computers. I took my laptop there and was quickly waited on by Jacob. He carefully looked the computer over and gave me a flat price if the trouble turned out to be software and he said that most times it is. He also said that it would be ready in a day or two. I told him that there was no hurry if someone who needed immediate help came in, since this wasn't my only computer. The next day, I got a telephone message that the laptop was fixed and at the quoted price.

The laptop works better than it ever has. I was impressed with the efficiency, professionalism, and price of Nutech Computers and would recommend it.

I had taken my computer in for repair to another computer repair store. There, they told me it probably needed a new hard drive but they couldn't do the repair because they were closing (permanently). Retrieved computer from there and selected NuTech based on positive reviews on Angie's List and others. VERY PLEASED WITH SERVICE--
First, they discovered there was nothing wrong with the hard drive--computer full of viruses. They removed these and recommended I use a different anti virus program than what I had been using. They were prompt, professional, and very reasonably priced. When I called back a couple of weeks later with a question, got a busy signal--and after, they called ME back. Spoke to another customer while there and that customer too, very pleased with Nutech--he told me, "You've brought your computer to the right place." I think I did too. I recommend NuTech highly, will use them again should the need arise!

While I was in Michigan helping out my parents I needed to import 3000 images to pass my certification exam and just couldn't't get them into the system. I was having all kinds of computer issues and came to him at about noon, knowing that he closed at 7. I came back by at closing time and the computer was having a lot of difficulties importing the files from the software program and he was determined to get it work. Even though he had a family at home, he stayed well past 9:30 to get the computer working and he finally did. I couldn't't believe the bill he handed me when the service was done – it was way too low. He went way above and beyond to help me get this done. I owe him everything. I wouldn't't have passed my test if it wasn't for him. He works with such integrity and kindness. I am just indebted to this guy and it was a great experience.
