LOWE'S

The barn was good. The deck and the fencing lacked quality. Some of the wood on the deck warped.

I was in the store in that area for probably 30-45 minutes and no one even came to help me. Their quality of service is poor. In the past, I bought carpets from them and they installed the carpets. They hire installers, who also measure and he totally like doubled my square footage. We had carpets before and I know how big my living room is and his measurements were double. I then called Lowe's and they said we have used him all the time and there is nothing wrong with the way he measured. They finally did send another guy out and the carpet was installed. Then there were beams were seam should not have bent; down my hall two seams. They were not seams they were roll crush, this is what they called it. They handled that all right, but the whole process was a nightmare.

Very happy with our purchase. Charlene helped us pick everything out and design our kitchen just the way we had dreamed. We live in a condo so space is limited but Charlene was able to maximize every possible space and we actually have more cupboard space now than we did when we lived in a huge house. Everything was communicated to us and delivered and installed in a timely manner. Any hiccups we experienced was quickly fixed and we were usually given coupons or gift cards for any inconvenience. Love Charlene and highly recommend her.
