Lifestyles Flooring and Design

There was an issue with the kitchen flooring which was taken care of immediately when Tim was notified. That was great service. Since our first flooring job went well, we hired Tim again. This time was a very different experience. Our house is on a cement slab. There is a low spot in the living room. My husband walked over the low spot and the new flooring gave when he walked over it. He talked to Tim and Tim came out and talked it over with the guys doing the install. They were going to put down cardboard and my husband said that would not be acceptable because it would retain moisture and deteriorate over time. Tim took the one installer to get cement at the nearest Home Depot. So, after they left, upon inspection we noticed there was cuts made in front of doorways in two bedrooms and near the closet in our home office. My husband contacted Tim. He said that is an easy fix and we could use the extra flooring that was leftover. We set up a time for him to send the guys back. They never show and Tim ignored repeated calls. The problem still exists and we are going to have to figure out how to fix it.

The co-owner, Tim Look, came to our house with floor samples. My husband and I had been searching all the retail flooring places for sheet vinyl flooring that was unusual. We found the perfect flooring at a flooring place out of town. It was more than we wanted to pay, so we kept looking. My husband found Lifestyles Flooring and Design. He called and told Tim what flooring we were interested in and asked if he carried that particular brand and color. Tim said he could get it and had installed it in a business and commented that it was resilient and very nice looking. We made an appointment  with Tim. He was on time and very courteous. He spent a lot of time with us. The price was more than fair and we hired him on the spot.
His two installers, Jon and Rob, were on time and went right to work. They were friendly but worked at a steady pace. They were here from 9:15 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. During their time here, Tim Look came to check on their job to make sure we were happy with what they had done up until that point. They cleaned up after themselves. More importantly, they did a fantastic job. We would recommend Lifestyles Flooring and Design to anyone. I give them an A+ all round.
