Description of Work: I contacted J n J to remove dead tree branches off of the roof of a Rental property that I was rehabbing. John met me at the property on wend the 11th, he quoted a price for removal and also stated that he had to trim other branches in order to get to the dead branches and to make sure that I didn't have problems in the future...I agreed to have all of the branches trimmed that he recommended. John informed me that he would have to bring in a lift to trim the trees and would have to remove sections of my privacy fence but informed me that he would replace the fence once the job was completed. I agreed to his price and asked when he could do the work...he informed me that he couldn't get to the job until Mon or Tue of the following week. I told him that I was not going to be available at all that week due to a previous engagement. He told me that would not be a problem, he said that I didn't need to be there, he said he'd come by Mon or Tues. and do the job and that I could inspect his work when I got a chance and them pay him once satisfied....I guess John got amnesia...he cut down the trees on Tues and started called me on Wend. wanting to get paid...I was in meetings all day and John and his wife called me atleast 3 times a day telling me that they needed to get paid....I returned Johns call on Wend night after I got in (11:30PM) and left a message reminding him that I wouldn't be available at all that week...the calls continued throughout the week and the weekend leaving messages asking for a payment...I spoke with John on Sat morning,and agreed to meet him at the property I asked him to bring an invoice, he said someone would bring an invoice to me....no one showed up...then Sun morning the calls started again asking for payment...On Monday afternoon John came to the property with an invoice...I showed him a section in the fence that did not get put back his response was the fence is really shakey I already put screws in it I can put some more in it if you want , which he never did...I WILL NEVER USE THESE GUYS AGAIN!!!!! ****Not a good experience****

Description of Work: They cut down two small trees and trimmed a large maple tree to get it off my roof. Plus cut several large bushes.
