THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, EFFICIENT, AND PROMPT. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND NICE GENTLEMEN TO HAVE AROUND. THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL OF THE WALLS AND FIXTURES. THE CARPET ARRIVED THREE DAYS BEFORE IT WAS SCHEDULED.

THEY COMPLETELY OVER CHARGED THE JOB. THE CUPBOARDS DOORS DO NOT CLOSE AND IT TOOK A LOT LONGER TO GET THE JOB DONE THAN WE HAD PREVIOUSLY DISCUSSED. THEY DID NOT PROVIDE QUALITY SERVICE.

THE CARPET IS WORN AND LOOKS WORSE THAN THE OLD CARPET THAT THEY TOOK OUT. THEY WERE NOT WILLING TO COME BACK AND LOOK AT IT, OR REPLACE IT. THEY DID A BAD JOB OF INSTALLING IT IN THE HALLWAY.
