Henderson Glass

I contacted Henderson Glass Monday morning and they were able to have a technician stop in that afternoon to evaluate the broken window and to stabilize it. By evening I was called back with a price and that they could have the same technician replace the glass on Tuesday. The technician Brian called both time to advise he was 10 minuets away. Was careful about tracking any snow into the house. Brian was professional, considerate and polite. He evaluated the window was able to secure the glass and also managed to get our storm window that was stuck closed. The next day Brian came during the times provided and completed the job a little less than an hour. The window looks good and seals well. Brian and the associate on the phone were professional and considerate. We would definitely use Henderson Glass again and will also recommend them to friends and family.

The process was flawless. They were called, appointment made, appointment kept, glass removed, glass repaired and the glass was returned.

After having them come out for measuring the window, they were prompt ( next day) in giving me an estimate over the phone. They required a 50% deposit in order to make the glass window replacement. They were pretty fast in completing the order ( a few days). The day that they came out to replace the glass, the guy they sent ( Jamie) was professional, patient, and knew what he was doing. He installed the glass...and he had difficulty removing the damaged glass, but he took it all in stride, remaining calm and steady. He had to remove the blinds over the window, and even the security device on the window sill that was in the way. When finished, he even put the blinds back up for me, and the security device back on the sill. He also cleaned up the old sealant from the area when he was done. Excellent customer service all the way.

The two other companies that I received estimates from were less expensive, but I'm glad that I left the job to the experts...all they do is glass. I will use them

again if the need arises.

Windshield was replaced at a very fair price. The local Honda dealer had given me a quote of $700! When an unexpected small part was needed the Henderson rep. drove to the local Honda dealer and picked one up. There was no extra cost. So far so good. No wind or water leaks.

Henderson Glass knew what they were doing, they could have done things a little bit better and differently, but overall, I was pleased.We asked them to do 2 things and the other job was to do a glass countertop on the dining table which they never did and we called them a month later and they said they lost it. Sometimes, they didn't have the right tools and they could have been a notch better.

He was very knowledgeable. He was pricier than everybody else, but I thought he did a great work.
