They were more knowledgeable than I thought they would be.  They were easy to work with.  I worked with two different people and both of them were very helpful.  They knew enough about the products.  They will tell how I will like and how to deal when I use a feature or maybe say it is not the right thing for me.  It was pretty good experience and it was pretty easy. They will go over me with anything and they were on time.  They were pretty professional.  They didn’t pressure me to hurry and buy it.  They don’t work on commission.  I went to various places and didn’t actually buy anything.  They were very price competitive.  They were very willing to price match.  The prices are fair.  They were responsive.  We brought on another unit and it took a long time to connect and get through to the right person.
