Excellent service, no games, will be the ONLY place we get carpet from in the future. We tried to work with and quot;Cut Rateand quot; carpet places but met with stupid games. These places appear to have cheap prices but over measure and actually end up costing more. As an example, one place measured over 200 SqFt more than the actual square footage of the area and said that the reason was the way they had to lay it out, and that the extra would be wasted. I understand there is waste, but when I laid it out there was only 80 SqFt waste, and the Fogelsonger's laid it out there was only 76 sqft wasted.

All of the staff were very professional. The install went great. I was impressed with the care they took and how they cleaned up and removed all the old carpet. Love the new floor!

We went to their showroom looking for flooring for our living and dining rooms They had a sample of laminate flooring on a portion of their showroom floor that caught my eye. They let us take samples home and see how it would look in our home. We also got estimates from other companies in the mean time. We were back and forth to the shop several times and I took a long time to make my decision. Folgelsongers was very patient and helpful. Finally after I made my decision I changed my mind and chose a different grade of flooring and still they were very accomodating. When it came time for installation their people were super. They used this fantastic cutting machine and did the whole project in one day. They really seemed to know what they were doing. I would recommend this company use them again.

I liked their product a lot. They were very helpful. They helped me pick out things. The service was prompt. They had nice variety of products and you get different kinds of floor materials there. I would use them in the future.
