DTB Home Improvements

We did a store front and Dtb home improvement did a wonderful job on the drywall, and then we found out the offered other services, flooring , plumbing and electrical so it was great to have them do all our services. They were wonderful and they communicated well.

He came out to remove paneling from the walls due to a flood in my basement. He removed two walls and did not do the third one. He argued with me that he counted one wall as two because it had a bump out of approximately 2. He refused to give me my money back and did a terrible job of even taking the stuff down. Left it in the middle of the basement. I am an older woman who cannot do this sort of work and he took advantage of me. Showed up in a car and told he did not know he had to take the paneling away and tried to charge me for taking the stuff to the dump. He took my $2500 away from me. Do you know how long it took me to save that money? He is a very bad man and did not care of trying to fix the problem. Be careful when you hire him.

They were punctual, highly responsive, had excellent communication skills, and did wonderful work!
