FINALLY came out to do the work. Two of the ceiling fans were not installed as we wanted. We have been trying to get that corrected so we can pay our bill. Two people from the office cam to the house. looked at our concern and said they would call my wife back. That never happened. Then my wife gets a call from someone asking about the bill. My wife tells her she as been working with someone. The billing person said she did not know and would call her back. Again that did not happen. I do not know how they stay in business. We know we owe them money but not until the work is done properly. We just sold the house. Since no one ever returns calls do not know what to do.

I can tell you that what happened with you is completely out of character for us and should never of happened. I appreciate the fact that you had in the past worked with us and had a good experience and will guarantee if we are fortunate enough to get your business in the future I will personally make sure that you are happy. I also want to say that I am sorry for not answering this sooner but we just enrolled with Angieslist so this is the 1st that I have seen the issue..... Again please accept my heartfelt apologies.
