He was honest, and he told me exactly what needed to get done. He was trustworthy. We ended up buying a new fridge, but that was based on his advise. He came out pretty quick.

Charged me for service of checking my washing machine out. Had me look up information on my computer. Left...and came back the next night with a part which didn't fix the problem. Cussed a lot during service...was not very professional. I did not feel he should have charged me twice for service. Did not take a copy of the bill/receipt.

He showed up on time called twice on the way. Was very pleasant. Found the problem. It was a Freon leak. Suggested how I could fix it. I did. He walked me through it on the phone; that was a little hairy, lol. It worked great for a while then started leaking again. I have to buy a new fridge. He said I probably would.

Daniel was a pleasure to deal with, great character.
He diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced a thermal fuse. Dryer's back to working.
I noticed that my exhaust hose was leaking as there was dryer lint on the wall around the hose, he had a spare section of hose that he gave me and we put that on.
BTW, Daniel says that Angie's List is trying to shake him down by trying to charge him $50 a month to move him up higher in the ratings, Daniel does not need to be raised higher via Angie's List mafia, he does his work honestly and fairly, the reviews given by people like me speak for themselves.

The man from Daniel's Appliance Repair is quite a character. He ascertained jobs and said I could do it rather than charge for it himself. In fact, he gave me some parts to help expedite it. Even though he replaced a thermostat or sensor on the dryer, he saw another problem with the way our exhaust was going up from the dryer. He said I needed to change the way it was set up. I had no problem with the price. 

Checked Angie's List and saw he had high recommendations.  Gave him a call and he was there within 45 minutes.  Analyze and resolved the problem within minutes.  Thirty minutes in and out.  Would use and recommend him for all repairs.

Overall, things went very well.  We emptied out the freezer and right away he knew what the problem was. After thawing and restarting the fridge, he told me what to do as far as checking the temperature to make sure it was working properly. He explained everything clearly and in terms that I can understand. Very satisfying experience.

I called and he arrived about 25 minutes later. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the fan unit. I paid in cash and received a  copy of my bill. He was efficient and neat in his workmanship.

He called in the time frame he said he would and showed up within 15 minutes of calling.
He checked all the components on the dishwasher to make sure the diagnoses was as accurate as possible.
Very priced fair, no nonsense approach and even told me I could save $65 by installing it myself since, it's not a hard task.
I would highly recommend to anyone!

I called Dan after seeing the number of good reviews on the list, he is not in the phone book. He diagnosed the problem over the phone and told me how to check the dryer to confirm the problem, bad solenoid, and to call him back. I did so, he was correct, and called him back. He told me how to fix it and said if I felt comfortable then he did not even need to make a service call and he would sell me the parts for less than half of what the best internet price was. Got the parts and back in business.

Daniel came out the same day we called and found the problem with a leaky washer right away. He if very knowledgeable and I would call him again.

I called Daniel after 5pm the night before and arranged for him to come first thing in the morning.  He was at my house between 7am and 730am - which was awesome because I only was late to work an hour instead of what the other appliance repair businesses were saying...like, we'll be there between this time and this...Daniel has an fabulous sense of humor too!
Daniel explained everything he was doing while he was doing it.  He showed me which fuse was burnt out and how to replace it myself.  You seldom get that kind of service these days.
I would absolutely have Daniel out to fix my appliances again.  Thanks Daniel!

Great. Daniel took the time to check all the mechanical components before deciding it was a minor issue we could prevent with maintenance.

Daniel diagnosed the problem with my gas dryer, which was left behind by the previous owners of the house. I had an electric dryer, so he took the motor out of that one and put it in the gas dryer. I was thrilled to have it working again. The price was very reasonable and I was extremely pleased. I would recommend him to friends and family.

I called Daniel after readiing the reviews here. He came within about 1 hour and went to work for me. I think he was here about an hour and a half and had his job completed. Daniel is a nice friendly man who knows what he is doing. He answered his phone promptly I didn't have to leave a message and wait to be called back, and he showed up quickly. I thought his price was fair and will definitely use him again and recommend him to my friends.

I called Daniel's Appliance Repair this morning because of my squealing dryer, around 9:15. He was at my house at 10:45. Daniel took apart my dryer and cleaned it. He was happy to show me the inner workings and was patient and didn't talk down to me when I asked questions. He was efficient and honest with me saying my 25 year dryer will eventually seize up and stop working. That my dryer was not worth fixing. I asked him for recommendations on new dryer brands and styles and he gave me the answers. He gave me a discount on the house call because "the job was not finished to his satisfaction". Wow. I have never had anyone tell me that. If you EVER need appliance repairs I highly recommend that you call Daniel. He is punctual, honest, patient and is a very nice man. I now have his card on my frig and will be recommending him to anyone in need of repairs.Thank you Daniel! It was a pleasure to meet you and your work is excellent. Can't say enough good things about you.
