Andys roofing

The roof leaked in 3 places. Andy was quick to repair one leak but the other leaks were poorly diagnosed. He blamed our gutters for leaking then tried to patch various spots. These “repairs” took 4 visits. At this point we had floor and ceiling damage that he didn’t repair. He refused to come into the house at one point to see the damage to our ceramic flooring. He finally figured out the cause of the large leak and had tear off the shingles, plywood and remove extremely wet insulation from our roof. Finally the leak stopped. Round 2: we have been asking him to finish shingling our bell tower and he keeps blowing us off. He doesn’t say this directly but we are getting the feeling that he won’t return to our property to do work again. Overall, very inreliable and doesn’t know how to properly diagnose issues with poor installs. Has horrible communication skills too. We spent a lot of money on this roof and we don’t have a reputable professional installer that will help us down the road with issues to the roof his company installed.
