My wife and I tried to buy a house listed by Dawn Muma on a short sale. We thought she turned in our bid to the bank but found out later she never did. She actually was working behind the scenes trying to find a buyer through her own office so that she would not have to split commissions with another real estate agent. The second bid just happened to come in exactly 1000.00 more than ours. She even led us along that everything was almost done to the point that she advised we should go ahead and get a home inspection done. That cost us almost 1000.00. We also extended, for a fee, our mortgage rate for 500.00 because of her saying everthing was moving right along. Once again, understand that she never turned in our bid. We asked for proof that she had turned in our short sale and she would not provide it. She was extremely rude, unprofessional, and what we feel to be unethical.
