He wasn’t able to work on the pipe without causing further damage. He wrote a detailed note for me to explain the problem to the next plumber. My only issue was they don’t have payment plans, but the plumber they dispatched was nice and professional

The technician (Kenny) was very nice and efficient. He examined where the water was leaking from and advised that the valve had just loosened up and made sure the other valves were tight also. I didn't need a replacement. I was very glad it was a small problem with an easy fix

They came to do an estimate that is all that was done when I had talked to them on the phone all three times twice with a lady once with a man not once did they ever mention that there was a $99 fee for the estimate. I did not know this until the estimate had already been done we did not go with waterwork plumbing went with faithful plumbing

Needed main drain snaked. Told me 175 hr. Came out said they snaked to 48'. One week later drain is backing up again. Called them back and they told me sorry we don't offer a warrantee, but we can come back out for another 175.... why would I do that when you didn't complete the job right the first time? I called to give you the chance to fix it. Nope. Called another plumber, they said they couldn't even tell that someone snaked it at all. They used a large circular bit and got the drain fully cleaned out. Water works called me back and offered me a coupon if I wanted to pay them again for substandard work. Do your homework, I found out too late they were many other complaints like mine of them not doing the job correctly.

Don was great, finished the job ahead of schedule.
