Vehicle was immediately brought it for service but after hitting a snag (there was a major leak), they let it sit for about 1 hour. I was initially going to just drop the car off but because it was brought in so fast I thought it would be done soon. The service people were generally unavailable to ask questions. At one point I started to ask when the car would be done, they didn't respond because they were on the phone but then left the room without responding.In the end, it was determined that the car would need a new compressor for a ballpark price of $500. They charged me $100.12 for the labor and the air conditioning fluid they tried put in the car but ultimately wasted. The owner offered to not charge me for any more a/c fluid that would be added if I came back to get the compressor replaced. I was not impressed with the level of service and will not be taking them up on the offer.
