Contacted company and received a prompt estimate.  Was able to quickly schedule work to be done.  Workers arrived on time and after introducing themselves went to work.  Finished job in timely fashion.

Prompt and professional process.  They did an excellent job on my windows - I was very pleased.
They also wore shoe coverings on their shoes when inside the house!

When they were all done we noticed several areas of the siding and trim that they missed and others that were not completely cleaned. The crew said no problem they would come out and do some touch up to complete the job. But after the touch up there were still areas that were not clean. They said the trim was stained and that was best they could do. I asked the crew leader to have the manager call. In the interim I was able to clean most of the "still dirty" areas with a stiff nylon brush, some ordinary "dollar store" cleaner, and some elbow  grease. So it was not an issue that the trim was stained, it was their lack of effort.
The manager never called. I paid the bill with a note for them to call, but they never did.
Their website says satisfaction guaranteed, but I guess its only for easy jobs, not tough ones.

Great!   We've used this company for a number of years to wash the house, gutters, windows, etc.  We've always been pleased with their service and quality of the work.

Jeff contacted us the day after our purchase of the Angie's Big Deal. We scheduled an evaluation visit April 1. The couple arrived on time and examined each of our windows carefully, a process that took several hours which included some chat time . We were told they would get back with us with an estimate and to schedule the work. Two weeks later, I called to request the estimate and date of service. We were told the cost would be $500 and a service date was scheduled. On that date, the technician arrived three hours later than scheduled and had no information about our windows. My husband spent another two hours with the technician while he carefully examined the windows again. The technician was knowledgable and professional. He cleaned and lubricated all of the windows in our home. He noted that four windows needed repairs and parts would have to be ordered. A month later we called to ask if the parts had arrived and the repair could be scheduled several weeks later. The technician arrived on time and completed the repairs. There was an additional $200 charge for the service. We did not pay the $200 and called Jeff about the new charge. He said it was the cost of the parts. I asked for a written summary of exactly what the $700 included. The high cost was still unclear and Jeff was unwavering. We paid the bill.

The guys were on time. They did a beautiful job. They were professional and efficient. They completed the job in less than 2 hours. I have already recommended them to friends and family.

The office staff was very prompt, polite and efficient. It was two fellows who came and washed the windows. They did a good job. Their price was in keeping with the other companies I looked into.

Steve's power washing crew did a great job. I have to say after they power washed the house and garage it never looked better. They did a great job on the house and garage as well as the deck and paver driveway. The window cleaning crew then came and did the windows. The house shines. I am planning to use them again next year.

They arrived at the time I was expecting them and they worked together very efficiently. They knew what was ordered and only had to ask me which blinds I was sending out to be cleaned. They moved a couch and asked afterward if they had placed it correctly when they were finised. The two young men were very courteous and professional all during the time they were in my home.

A few days later I received a phone call that the blinds were ready to be returned. The gentlemen arrived at the expected time and very quickly and smoothly rehung everything. I was totally pleased with the job they had done.
