Showed up and handled a full house of project doors within a few hours. I was in a work meeting when he finished, so he offered to come back the next day to test them all with me. He even found an old skeleton key for one of our original locks. Amazing client service, quick, efficient, and was adamant about checking his work with me to ensure we were safe and happy. Eli became frustrated during the installation of a Schlage deadbolt. He began to become extremely irate upon my asking how long had he been doing this type of installation, as it was clear that it was indeed challenging from the profuse sweat on his head and face. In his feeble attempt to add the reinforcement plate he caused my door to jam resulting in him using a screwdriver to pry the door open after banging on it from the outside; resulting in damage to the door jamb and seal the door itself. I would never recommend someone who absolutely knows nothing about problem solving without destruction during an installation. Just sad...call home advisor, investigation underway!
