They came in and were very efficient. They were quick and did the job very professionally. They explained everything that needed to be done and made it real easy for me.

Their price wasn’t very much when I had them do the whole house which included the bedrooms, the hallways, two sets of stairs, the living room, and the dining room.  They did an excellent job, and they got every stain out.  They told me I didn’t need to pay extra to get the scotch guarding done, and they said it only prevents a little bit of spill-type stains, but we don’t have kids and we don’t spill stuff that often.  They said it really wasn’t necessary and I think they were right.  I would recommend them to other members.  They do a night job, so we had to schedule it a few days later after I called them, but that was fine as I do feel that is a good time for us.  They were very punctual and were here when they said they would be.  They were very professional.  I feel like I should be calling them again, but my carpet still looks good and I don’t really need it cleaned yet, though I got it done a year ago. When I used to get it done by the other companies, I needed it cleaned by now because they didn’t get all the stains out to begin with and I don’t think scotch guarding helped at all.

As a negative was that one of the guys sat in the car the entire time and they charged me for 2 people. I was told that there was nothing for him to do but the one guy could have been dying the carpet while the other was doing the cutting and gluing. The carpet that was glued in could have been seemed back together a little better as it's still visible where the cut the carpet out.

They did a very good job and their price was good. I will use them again in the future.

They were good. They did the whole house living room, dining room, and three bedrooms and they did a good job and reasonable. It has been a couple years so the price may not be as low as it was.

They are very professional and they move everything for me. They put the couches on a little disk until the carpet dries. They do steam cleaning and finish the job in one day. Their prices are very reasonable. They have other things that they provide that you can pay extra for, but they do not try to push you to purchase the extras. They use all of their own materials.

The service men were VERY professional. They did a nice job and helped to clean under couch before cleaning couch. Even went as far as using broom and dustpan. Very friendly and nice to my kids too!

This is another company that I have called to take care of my carpet and upholstery needs. Sometimes I like to use more than one company. Both of the carpet cleaners I use charge me about the same and I am satisfied with the job they do. I also feel that this company is very reliable and does a thorough job.

I WOULD DESCRIBE THIS COMPANY AS AVERAGE. I PAID A REASONABLE PRICE AND THEY DID A NICE JOB ON THE CARPETS. THEY ARRIVED AT THE TIME SCHEDULED AND FINISHED AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON ALL THREE ROOMS THAT THEY CLEANED. WHERE THE CARPET WAS FADING THEY DYED THE SPOTS, AND YOU COULDN'T EVEN TELL ANY DIFFERENCE.

THIS IS A COMPANY THAT I HAVE USED MANY TIMES BEFORE, AND I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE. THEY COME ON TIME, GET THE JOB DONE, AND I AM ALWAYS IMPRESSED WITH THE JOB THAT THEY DO.

THEY ARE VERY DEPENDABLE, AND PROVIDE OUTSTANDING WORK. I REALLY LIKE THE FACT THAT THEY COME OUT WITHIN 24 HOURS TO DO THE WORK. THE PRICE IS ALSO VERY REASONABLE.

I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM. THEY DID A GOOD JOB WITH THE CARPETS AND THEY MOVED FURNITURE AROUND AND PUT IT ALL BACK. IT WAS LIKE COMING HOME TO A NEW HOME AFTER THEY WERE DONE.
