Their landscape designer, Jennifer Hunter, was wonderful.  She listened to my ideas and took into account my budget when creating the plant list.  She even transplanted existing plants that were in a place where they wouldn't survive (planted by me) and incorporated them into the plan.  She was very knowledgeable and helpful with the new plant design and my entire yard.
The gentleman that did the stonework (patio and rock wall) was also very good.  He took pride in his work and did beautiful, quality work.
However, the sprinker system leaves a lot to be desired.  The system is too small - it didn't supply enough water for the grass in the backyard and the hydroseed didn't survive resulting in re hydroseeding and installation of an additional sprinkler station which still isn't enough. The sprinkler heads also don't reach many of my planting beds as promised.  In addition, they installed sprinkler heads where we absolutely don't need them near our ditch which has standing water in it all summer.  When I expressed my concerns the installer assured me the system would fulfill my needs.  Unfortunately the system was installed in the fall and the insufficiencies weren't discovered until early summer.
I was also disappointed with the quality of the plant materials and their installation.  Within a shot period of time (6 months) 15 arborvites died, along with the sweet bay magnolia.  The redbud still struggles with low flower and leaf production.  All of the trees and shrubs were planted with the wire cages completely intact.
We asked & paid for a layer of soil in the backyard prior to the hydroseed because the yard is nothing but sand.
