One day after installation 4/19/12  I inadvertantly shut off the power to the wireless router. After turning on power, my computer had service but not my wife's computer. I am computer savvy & tried to fix-couldn't. Called QIX and he told me to call Apple & they'd walk me through it & that he wasn't all that familiar with Macs ( well, he was the one who set it up to begin with). I eventually figured it out myself.   Night of 4/26/12, had a storm & couldn't get service, called the 27th. Said he was in the area & would stop by. Never showed and never called back after repeated calls (had to leave messages) to find out when he was coming. Called several times the 28th, had to leave messages. Didn't return my calls. My wife and run 3 businesses out of our home & decided I couln't rely on this business. The evening of the 28th went to Best Buy & got Sprint Broadband service.   On Monday 4/30/12 called to discontinue service. Had to leave a message. On 6/01/12 received a bill for service for the Month of June. Called on 6/01/12. He finally answered his phone. Told him I had cancelled on the 30th of April. Said he didn't get the message and I should have written him a letter but will give me a check for $29.99 for the month of May when he comes to pick up his equipment (should I have written him a letter to tell him I didn't have service?). I have since heard other complaints regarding this company.
