Excellent! I called Roger to let him know that I had found 2 ground bee nests and I thought he would be coming out in the next few days for the monthly service. He came out immediately so that I could show him the location of the nests. The customer service was beyond what I was expecting - coming out in an evening to work around my work schedule was wonderful.

Went Great! I called him at 2:30pm, per the suggestion of my painter. He was at my home by 7pm the same day.The painter had misunderstood the nature of the pests, however Roger was very understanding and cut the price in half.There were a few wasps and he did attend to them in a safe, and professional manner.

There were some bees that were coming up and they were bothering my sons. They were actually coming out of a crack where the porch was separated from the house. A gentleman came over very quick and took care of it. It was very good as it stopped the same day and made sure that there was no problem. They were very prompt. The guy explained what was going on and what he can do. He was conscious about as I was talking about the environmental issues. He was very knowledgeable and used powder stuff. He was a very nice gentleman and his name was Roger Atchley. Their price was very competitive when compared to others I called.
