They were very easy to work with, price was reasonable, did good work and cleaned up afterwards. I was amazed that all of the work was done in half a day and I was left with a beautiful yard. I would definitely use again.

Very responsive! They got me in the day after my quote (impressive for such a large yard outside of town), beat competitor pricing, and did an excellent job.

Other maintenance services I've hired in the past have cut down stuff they shouldn't have and destroyed my property. The Nickerson's recognize the details and trim perfectly around my plants. Anytime I need anything the Nickersons take care of it anytime. My snow removal was done with out even having us move our cars out of the driveway always the greatest prices. Shawn and I have been planning on making my fiancé her perfect oasis in an old garden bed in my yard. He keeps you included in all the planning. Didn't go well at all. I was stuck at the bottom of my driveway at noon and couldn't get up. I called the Nickersons and they said they would get out as soon as they could. My husband came home from work that night at 10:30pm and they still hadn't arrived and I was still stuck. He had to park on the road (at a blind curve) because the snow was too thick for him to get up our drive as well. He called and they told him they were clearing for a business but would get there as soon as they could. Long story short they didn't arrive until 3am and did a mediocre job clearing the drive. One gentleman was courteous (the one my husband had been talking to on the phone) but the other was just rude and seemed angry that he had to be out clearing our drive. I was upstairs in one of our room and could hear them outside talking. One of the men called my husband a "moron" to the other workers. I heard it and my husband (who was in the garage) also heard it. We have no idea why hey called him a moron.
My husband was finally able to get our cars up the drive and into the garage by 4:45am. He had to be back at work at 10am. 
While we appreciate that the snow was much heavier than we anticipated and knew these guys would be busy what we just can't excuse is that they didn't get to us until 3:30am even knowing we were stranded. They are located is in the SAME TOWN as we are. If they are a one truck crew the our suggestion to anyone is not to rely on them.

They did not do what I wanted exactly and were not very careful with my flower bed. Ultimately my weeds came back.They were hard to get in contact with and were not timely. They are also very expensive.

Service and price is great.  As far as I'm concerned, you can't find any better.  It was a bit of a challenge at first to get in contact with them, but it was worth the wait.  They are very busy people, so it is completely understood.  They are currently mowing the lawn each week or as needed.

They have been 100% realiable.  The yard looks great!  We are VERY pleased!

Ken came out to give an estimate the same day I called him, and came to mow the lawn a few days later.  The lawn looks great.  Great price.  Very satisfied.

It went very well. He was able to come within 2 hours of my call. He and his assistant were polite, professional and thorough. 

I am thrilled that I found Nickerson Lawn and Garden - my mower broke down in July and I needed to keep the grass at our vacation property under control. It takes me over two hours to mow that lawn myself, and these guys do it every week and, honestly, do a better job than I do! They mow and trim and everything is perfect.  So perfect that, even after I got my mower back from repair, I decided that I'd rather have them keep doing the work and free up the two-three hours a week for other things.  Hey, anyone want to buy a used riding mower? :-)

I thought they were pretty good. I had 3 acres of lawn so it's a big lawn and I paid $125 for the services. I thought that they did an okay happy and I was happy. They were friendly. They came right out and got the job done in a timely manner.

They are the best deal in the country. They are always here and always on time. They are in and out, and they do a great job. I highly recommend them. It’s a family owned business, so I am dealing with the family and they are local. I always like to do business locally.
