+ -1 moreI've been waiting for a warranty repair appointment for more than 10 months and still do not have a service date scheduled. A technician visited my home in January 2020 to confirm the repair would be covered by warranty and I called the office to schedule a time for the hot tub to be picked up for repair. I have spoke to two different office personnel numerous times and sent follow-up emails requesting to schedule a repair date and keep getting told a manager will call me back. When I call, I'm told there is no manager available to speak to and I have yet to receive a return call.
