Those guys were really good.? I know going there in person the service, I don't know, is OK, it's not all that great, but we did ours online and they have a company that delivers the stuff.? The company that delivers the stuff did a great job.? They were great and very helpful.

They did a wonderful job.

There were many problems with Thomasville and Bonenfant.  The Home Depot associates all did a good job.  It took 5 tries before Thomasville supplied the correct drawer glide to replace the one that came broken.  The sub-contractors hired by Bonenfant, electricians, carpenter, and plumber, all did a good job.  But Bonenfant did a terrible job with the counter tops.  The original installation was sloppy, and one counter top was small.  The original installer returned and took the small counter top back.  The next counter top installer moved one cabinet to compensate for the counter tops; and re-installed the small counter top, which had been enlarged.  He did a terrible job of caulking, and had an insulting attitude.  While installing the dishwasher, the plumber slightly bumped the end panel, breaking it loose from the counter top, because it was not properly installed.  The 3rd counter top installer attached the counter top to the end panel and re-did the caulk.  The caulk was far better, but still had small flaws.  At this point I just accepted it as it was.
Another problem was Bonenfant's estimate.  While discussing installation, I thought haul-a-way of the old cabinets and installation of a temporary sink were included.  They were not.  Both were available, but only at extreme prices.
After 7 months, the finished kitchen does look good and functions well.  If Bonenfant is the installer, though, run away.

It took 3 trips to get the estimate. Once we purchased the flooring they sent Measure Tech to measure each bathroom. They only measured 2 of them the first time so they had to come back. They messed up the measurements. We scheduled the installation on a Saturday. They said I had to pick up the product myself. We canceled a family outing but then they canceled on us which was frustration. There was a shortage in product and I had to go get more. The installer that finally scheduled wasn't able to get there for a month. He showed up then to do the installation and he actually did a good job. The flooring looks great and he did do a good job but the frustration with Home Depot and Measure Tech. You know that extra flooring they said I had to pick up?? I didn't need it after all and had to take it back too.
