I was very impressed with the professionalism, timeliness of being able to provide initial service, quoted price for services and the excellent job performed. Would definitely recommend this business. Love the detailed deep cleans on the rotating basis and not just general cleaning. I only have a monthly cleaning schedule verses weekly or bi-weekly as it is just myself and my husband. So we get a deep clean of half the house each month as well as a general clean of the other half and I can manage to keep it under control till the next month. Deep clean schedule rotates between deep clean of Kitchens & Baths and Living Areas & Bedroooms.

I thought for the money it went well. The crew was polite and for the most part very thorough. A few little misses but I thought for the time and money it still was worth the money spent. I would refer them to others. I will rate again after a few months but I feel if I get the same crew weekly I think they will stay an A+ in my book.

The Cleaning Authority Team from Fenton has been cleaning my home for over six months and I am still happy as ever. Love coming home to a clean house and to some wonderful notes as to how my dog has helped them clean. LOVE working with this company.

Most of the time they do a very good job. But you never know what time they are going to show up.

I hired the Cleaning Authority-Fenton To do bi-weekly cleans in my home. I was very disappointed from the very first clean. The say they are doing a detailed clean the first two times to get your home extra clean and you pay extra on your first two cleans. However, they did not do any extra's they say. Things that would take a few minutes IE: vacuuming dead bugs out of the door wall tracks, wiping a lamp that was clearly dusty or cobwebs in corners were not done EVER in the three cleans they came for. This is even after I made a complaint. They never moved simple things on the floor to clean under or behind them, I am not talking a couch or chair, I am talking about a light container that held some dvd's or even the High Chair in the kitchen. They do not climb on stools, so anything higher up will never be hand wiped ever, and their dusting is terrible. The do not wipe blinds so forget about that. And lastly they left our Front door unlocked when they left so our home was unlocked for hours before we got home from work. I had a new place come out this week and they didn't even believe I had another company clean because they found so many missed things that were covered in dust. After this company did such an amazing job and everything looked clean I had to write this to let others know I thing The Cleaning Authority is out for your money but not with a quality service. I would never use them again.

Everything went well. First two initial cleanings have been completed with perfect results; home is spotless even with the challenge of a medium sized dog being home to supervise, and in some cases try and help, with the cleaning process.

They come every other Wednesday and they do a good job.

I have had the Cleaning Authority for a few years now and I couldn't be happier (unless of course they cooked, too). I have 2 dogs with eight feet to bring in all kinds of things from the back yard yet, every time the girls leave everything is spic and span. They are professional yet always personable. I have been using the Cleaning Authority since April of 2014.  Once i got situated with a regular team, the work has been amazing.  Their products are good and the staff very professional.  Do not get on a team that does training.  You will never know who is going to show up, and more time is spent training than cleaning.  Ask for a non-training team.

The cleaners are very thorough and leave me a detailed explanation each clean.

The Cleaning Authority has been very responsive to my needs. I have been using them since April of 2014 and have been extremely pleased. There is always one person on the team who is there every week, plus an additional one or two cleaners. They do a great job, especially in bathrooms and kitchens.

They said they are going to do things, they even have a list but then the cleaners skipped a lot. You're suppose to inspect and call in the problems, then they will send someone out to inspect and maybe fix it, maybe not. This system definitely is not what they made it out to be. They tell you that they will detail everything to perfection and then maintain it that way. It's not true. They have a rotation that things need to be done in and if you need something that's not suppose to be done for two more visits, you have to wait or do it yourself. You also need to know, they don't move any furniture, no matter how small or light. You need to move it for them. Then they can't stand on a step ladder or step stool or anything. So nothing high gets done like the upper cabinets, top of the refrigerator, door moldings, tops of picture frames, hanging plants, etc. They don't understand Fragile. I told them to feather dust fragile stuff and made a list. They didn't do it. When I called in I was told that I should put all fragile things away the day they came. They were always rearranging my stuff for me, which was very annoying, When I started having problems, they made excuses and denied things that they told me. I turned over to them a spotless house, they detailed it and it went downhill from there. I started finding cobwebs, then lots of cobwebs, they didn't take care of them for 10 weeks (5 visits). Now they're everywhere. When I insisted they do what they are suppose to do, they made a feeble attempt, then they dropped me. They left me in a real mess. For what they charge I expect a professional job without so much owner participation.

I have been very pleased with the responsiveness of the cleaning crew and the office staff. I initially had a couple of problems but they were immediately taken care of.

This was not our regular crew (we use this firm out of Fenton every other week)and yet the did a good job of cleaning what the Christmas crowd left us!

It was a large home so the total clean took 6-8 hours Over 2 days for 2 people. A big job, but Alex and Tricia(1st crew) and Alex-again and Lorri (2nd crew) worked very hard and the home sparkled after they were done. Great work!

We use the Cleaning Authority for bi-weekly house cleaning for our ranch condo, and we have been their customers for nearly 5 years. When we need the basement cleaned, all we have to do is call them in advance so they can switch the crews around for that extra hour or so. They are prompt and efficient, and generally we have no issue with the team members. If the team forgets to clean something, a call to Sherri resolves everything that same day. Also, the team receives an inspection from their supervisors on a regular basis.

Several medical incidents kept me from properly cleaning my house well for the past year. I finally admitted that I needed help. From Angie's List, I chose several companies that I thought may fit our needs. My first call was to Love's Green Clean and it turned out to be my last call as well. We set up an appointment and my husband and I made the decision on the spot to hire Love's Green Clean after our meeting with with Kelley Love. Two things that really stood out for us were the open line of communication and that they were pet friendly. She went through the house, gave us a list of things they normally do and a list of things we could add. The quote she gave us was very reasonable. The fist clean is charged and quot;by the hour.and quot; We knew that the first clean would be expensive because so many things that hadn't been cleaned well in a long time.
Now the best part of the story. I came home the day of the first clean. Everything looked and smelled so clean and our dog was happy! The only thing left for me to do was sit down in our clean house and have a glass of wine. After my husband came home from work, we were calling each other to different parts of the house just because the house looked so awesome.
