Carol was wonderful to work with.  She came in and staged our current home before putting it on the market.  On the first day of showing we were booked all day and received multiple offers.  Carol was able to get us over asking, even when our home appraised for far below.  She is very knowledgeable on both the selling and buying ends of real estate. We had a couple glitches along the way with appraisals, etc. an she maneuvered each with ease. Carol found us a home to buy the first day she took us out looking, but was happy to show us the home 3 more times, just so we could be sure. Additionally, Carol showed care and concern when some difficult things came up in our personal lives during our home hunt.  We would highly recommend Carol and plan to use her in the future; for now we are very happy in the home she found us.
