Roof continues to leak and is now rotting and sagging. Contacted roofer in September 2014 to come back and fix. Pat stopped by and said would fix. Now April and still waiting Expected prompt follow up given roof was not fixed properly. Did not happen. Received rude letter asking for customers to stop calling. Indicated we were lucky to have roof over our head. Suggested we get another roofer if we wanted.

They repaired the shingles. He was very personable and had willing to do properties. I would tell people about his positives. I will use them again in the future.
