Description of Work: Mike was the general contractor for some major renovations on our house. In the last 15 months we have moved our well, our septic system, rebuilt the pavers and retaining walls, built a utility room in the crawl space, upgraded to a high efficiency furnace and added air conditioning, rerun the water lines, installed both a water softener system and a reverse osmosis system for drinking water, replaced a bay window with double hung windows, and sided the house. Mike is extremely busy and so advanced planning is key, but he is wonderfully quick to respond to any urgent situations, of which we had a few prior to the septic replacement. All of the work was done perfectly, and we are extremely happy with all the systems and the look of our home.
