Roofing
He needed to replace shingles and do flashing. He had me order 3 packs or 100sq ft, used less then half so i wasted $40. I didn't take them back cause I figured he would use the rest when he came back to fix his work. the job looked good and there was no mess but a month later it rained and I had water in my kitchen. Tried emailing him repeatedly and called twice over six months. I received two replies and he said he would stop by and check it out. Never saw him and roof still leaks. Estimate was $300 and he charged $380
