Have used them for several years, no cable in my area. OK but service is slow and limited.

Very well. very helpful, courteous and ultimately saved me money.

They're just the best service provider.

I am not overly thrilled with them, but it works. It is too much effort to find a new plan so I stay. I have a big, family share plan with my parents, another family member, my daughter, and myself. My issue with them is that if I go over my minutes at all, the bill is huge and they won't work with me at all. I had a bill that was $800 and there was no warning, no email, no text message, nothing saying that I should move to a bigger plan to accommodate me. We miss calls about half the time because our phone never rang. I don't know if that is the service or if that is because of our phones. Sometimes I call my husband five times and it doesn't say anything about a missed call. I get upset when I can't get hold of my daughter and, sure enough, it never rang. To talk to a live person at Verizon you have to wait on hold for ages. I don't go to the store often but the people have been okay. I mostly talk to them on the phone and their professionalism is average to below average. They don't seem to be concerned about whether or not your problem gets resolved. I have been with them for so many years that I will just keep using them.

I have been with them for over two years for our private phone and I am on a two year contract. The reception has been fine and I will use them again in the future.
