 They gave us an estimate for the labor and some advice on what to look for in tile. After we purchased the tile they picked it up and installed it. They also suggested and added several details we had not thought of but really helped the finished product... and it was included in the price. Jerry does woodwork as well and was able to blend our new tile with the existing wood floor and carpet seamlessly. We gave them access to our house while were weren't home (which I don't usually do) and we never had any problems. The house was clean at the end of each day and the final product looks great. They worked their schedule around the other contractors so we could get all the work done in the best order. There were no unexpected costs and they were very professional, yet personable. I highly recomend them.

 Jerry gave us an estimate, made suggestions on how we could save some money, listened to our wants and added touches we didn't even think about that made the finished work look great. He coordinated with the granite people and showed up everytime he said he would. The place was clean at the end of every day of work. One morning traffic was heavy and he called to say he may be 10 minutes later than expected. I told him I didn't believe he was a real contractor. He ended up on time anyway. We're extremely happy with the result.
