Excellent. Mike Schultz at the Ford Road store assisted in helping us find the best colors and material. Product was delivered on time. Unused product was refunded. Mike is our go-to guy next time we need tile.

Vernard helped me match tile to a discontinued product. I was very happy with my original purchase from the Tile Shop and was looking to match it three years later. For two hours, he helped me find tiles that would work and coordinate with my current bathroom tile that has been discontinued. Vernard took the time to sort different travertine tiles according to color variation. His patience was amazing dealing a very picky customer. His professionalism is much appreciated. Will continue to buy all of my tile from The Tile Shop Farmington.

They have a very large variety on tile and trim to choose from and much more than the big boxes offer.. All the expertise needed to get you started.

Tiles were replaced at N/C for any defects including color match. Assistance in laying out the new patterns was helpful at the store site

Tile selection is fabulous! However, beware, they do not have many of the tiles on the floor in stock. In fact we picked out 3 and none of them were immediately (day or two) available - one had been discontinued, and two were backordered. We originally placed the order back in September and were just able to pick up the tiles 11/15. I understand this may not be their fault, although I did receive a call once telling me my tiles were in, then a second call very shortly therafter saying they'd orderd the wrong ones and mine really weren't in.

These are glass mosaic tiles so they are more fragile than say natural stone, or probably porcelain however we found several peices in a couple sheets (we ordered 2 boxes, 20 sheets total) that were broken. Unfortunately the Tile Shop can't do anything about this because the tiles are backordered again. His suggestion was to just pull peices off an edge. Fortunately we'd ordered enough that we are able to do that but over all we probably wouldn't deal with these people again. At 25$/sq ft I expect some serious customer service and it didn't happen. That said, we've been working on this project (new build for a 2800 sq ft house) for 5 months now and have looked at almost every tile supplier in the area and the Tile Shop is the ONLY one who had this particular tile.

Bottom line - they did deliver what they said they would, albeit late and partially damaged but still usable. Price is kind of irrelevant since I chose the tile and knew the price when I did so. They did have very reasonably priced tile as well. Did I mention their amazing selection?

THE EXPERIENCE WAS NOT GOOD. THEY DID NOT TELL US THE TILE WE WANTED WAS DISCONTINUED UNTIL WE WENT TO PICK IT UP. THEY QUOTED US TWO DIFFERENT PRICES FOR THE TILE. THEY DID A POOR JOB OF SELLING US ON A DIFFERENT TYPE OF CERAMIC TILE TOO.
