Property Appraisal
My closing was delayed several days because of these idiots. The appraiser was Bill S. Murray. I would never hire these guy every again nor recommend to anybody. The original inspect went well. He was suppose to come back for final inspection. It took act of god to schedule final inspect. In the final inspection his comments were that condition of the appraisal has not been met because some documents were not provided to him for review. First of all this guy had almost two weeks to mention or say sometime instead he has audacity to blame it on someone else. He never made any request to anybody. NO SENSE OF URGENCY OR PROFESSIONALISM. NEVER MAKE A MISTAKE TO HIRE THIS GUY. MY WHOLE WEEKEND WAS RUINED BECAUSE OF THIS M#TH#R F#CK#R.
